I think the dough will always come out like dumplings with yours. Which is ok-sometimes it comes that way in Germany, too. It won't form noodles unless you're using the press like I have (similar to a potato ricer). Did the dumplings still taste What a Dish!https://www.blogger.com/profile/12186882212131054877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6736170797701652996.post-5077934318356033622017-10-02T07:49:07.079+01:002017-10-02T07:49:07.079+01:00I got a flat spaeztle maker with a scraper, and th...I got a flat spaeztle maker with a scraper, and the first try came out like little dumplings. It came out OK. I tried to make the batter thinner the second time, to try to get noodles, but it turned out like mush. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. But, I think the holes on a ricer might be too small. Like I said, I have no idea how big the holes are though. You could try it. Just make sure your dough is pretty soft (wet) so it goes through easier. If you do, let me know how it goes! What a Dish!https://www.blogger.com/profile/12186882212131054877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6736170797701652996.post-75771946135696446002013-02-26T00:43:55.255+01:002013-02-26T00:43:55.255+01:00Do you think a potato ricer would work?
