Easy Nutella Brownie Bites

My daughter has been making these for about two years now, and I finally got around to making them myself, last week.  I wanted to post them here because they're good, and also super quick and easy. You just need a lot (1 cup) of Nutella.
Easy Nutella Brownie Bites
adapted from Babycenter
makes 12 brownie bites

1 cup Nutella (about 10 ounces)
2 eggs
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used white and mini)

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. (You can also make mini brownie bites with these- using a mini muffin tin.)

2.  In a medium bowl, mix together the Nutella, eggs, flour and salt until combined. Divide the batter evenly between the cups, about 2 tablespoons in each. (Cups should be slightly less than half full.) Sprinkle each brownie cup with a few chocolate chips.

3.  Bake for 12 minutes. Cups may appear slightly underbaked, but you want the centers to be soft and gooey.  (If baking mini bites, start checking for done-ness at about 7 or 8 minutes.)
