ReplyDeleteLinda- I've already tried, but I couldn't get the meat right. Now that I know some places use chicken, I might try that. I just made Naan bread for the flatbread, because I couldn't find any I liked that was soft enough.
ReplyDeleteChicken sounds great. When I've had those, it's been lamb, but I'm not a big lamb fan; they were still good though. Rotisserie-ing it must be a secret along with keeping it moist?
