Almost a month ago, my husband and I were able to go on an overnight trip (without kids) to Venice. We had never been there overnight before and got to walk around at night, soaking it all in. We walked all the way down to the "bottom" of it; the Southern shore, and then took a Vaparetto (water bus) back up to the train station, and then went to dinner in Cannaregio, the Jewish section. Here are a ton of pics. Another time I'll share pics I took the next day, in daylight. (Happy New Year tomorrow!)
