White Chocolate and Butterscotch Chip Cookies

I just got back from a trip to the US.  I meant to post from there, but it never happened.  We went to the Northwest and had so much fun.  I'll hopefully post pics from that later, but it might take a while.

I made these cookies so long ago- to take on our family trip to Lake Iseo here in Italy.  (I still need to post pics of that! It was in May.)  We ate them in the car ride, even though it's less than 2 hours. They were so good.  Crumbs everywhere.

1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter {softened}
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3 cups flour
½ bag real white chocolate chips (or 1 cup chopped white choc)
½ bag butterscotch chips

1.  Cream together sugars, butter and oil in mixer.  Add eggs and beat until fluffy, and vanilla and almond extract.  Add dry ingredients.  Mix in chips.  Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
